To get Live Support from APFC:

1.  Call APFC at 800-873-2732 and ask for  Allan  (dial extension 140) . 
     Once you have Allan on the telephone with you, click "Start Support Now" below.

One or more Boxes will appear, choose OPEN or RUN in response to each.  If your Browser forces you to download the file, download it and then go RUN that file.

If you have a firewall message appear, answer it with Allow, Always Grant or Permit.

This will establish a connection to your support representative.
